What Makes You Happy?
By now, I think most of us have some clear sense that our stuff and the things we can buy do NOT bring us happiness. So shall we begin to form some ideas about what might bring us ease or happiness or pleasure or joy?
Here are some questions to stimulate your own curiosity.
What is happening in my relationship to TIME when I feel happy?
When my heart feels more open and my body more relaxed, what contributes to that experience? Can I learn to create that?
What is different in my relationship to my loved ones WHEN I feel happy?
What are my sources of Dopamine and Serotonin? Do I like these sources or do I wish to cultivate new or additional sources that are more beneficial overall?
How do I experience contentment and can I cultivate contentment as a bedtime practice?
